The beef served in our restaurant is imported from trusted and proven suppliers. Heifers and bulls are fed only with grass from free-range pastures, the meat itself is dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days. Dry-ageing makes the meat gain a unique aroma, tenderness and more intensive taste. Our beef has been the winner of the World Steak Challenge Global Awards since 2018.
